1.1 The ChamCham Rewards Program ("Program") is operated by KAFE CHAM CHAM PLT ("Operator").
1.2 To participate in the Program, an individual must register by providing a valid mobile phone number. Registration and participation in the Program is free.
1.3 To participate you must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
1.4 The Operator reserves the right to refuse or terminate any registration at its sole discretion.
2.1 Members can earn one (1) stamp for every minimum spend of RM10 at participating ChamCham restaurant locations.
2.2 Stamps can only be claimed once per location within a 4-hour time period.
2.3 Stamps will be automatically credited to the member's account upon payment at participating locations.
3.1 Members can redeem their earned stamps for vouchers once they have accumulated a certain number of stamps, as determined by the Operator.
3.2 Redeemed vouchers will be sent via SMS to the registered mobile number.
3.3 Each voucher will have its own terms of use, which will be clearly stated together with the voucher. The Operator reserves the right to set limitations and conditions on voucher redemption and usage.
4.1 It is prohibited to falsely claim stamps without making a corresponding qualifying purchase, or to attempt to claim multiple stamps for a single visit.
4.2 The Operator reserves the right to terminate the membership of any member who engages in fraudulent activity or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions. All rewards earned will be forfeited in such cases.
5.1 The Operator reserves the right to suspend, terminate or make any changes to the Program or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
6.1 The Operator will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury resulting from the Program except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
7.1 The Program and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of the Program or these Terms and Conditions.
